FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Nov. 12, 2014 – ANN ARBOR, MI – Logic Quantum (Quantum Compliance), a premier provider of Environmental Health and Science software, is pleased to announce the hiring of four employees at its corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Heidi Pei and Jonathan Hsieh join the team as Safety Data Sheet (SDS) specialists. Amanda Yerke joins as a sales and marketing associate, and Jessica Vachon as a project coordinator.
Quantum’s hiring comes in response to increasing demand for its GHS conversions services. Companies that provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) must convert to the new Global Harmonized System-compliant SDSs by June 1, 2015. Quantum provides SDS conversion services in addition to SDS authoring software.
Before joining Quantum, Heidi Pei gained valuable professional experience as a librarian, a database expert, and a teacher. Pei received her Masters of Science from the University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign. In her free time, Pei enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, reading, and watching movies.
Jonathan Hsieh joins Quantum fromis a graduate of Michigan State University, where he majored in supply chain management. Prior to Quantum, Hsieh worked at John Deere in Tianjin, China as a Cost Management Specialist. In his free time, Hsieh enjoys golfing, fishing, and sightseeing.
Amanda Yerke joins Quantum after earning her Masters degree in Marketing from Boston College in 2014. Yerke graduated from The University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in 2013. In her free time, Yerke enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
Jessica Vachon joins Quantum after working for Intertek Testing Services on Zug Island in Detroit, as a Bench Chemist/Quality Manager. Vachon graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2012 with a degree in Chemistry. Vachon is a fan of tea, fashion and gardening.
