1. Zoho ASAP Integration
Seamlessly integrated Zoho ASAP into the system to enhance communication and support. This feature improves the experience for both customers and the customer support team by streamlining communication and issue resolution.
- Users can now easily submit requests, feedback, and inquiries directly within the system.
- Requests are automatically added to Zoho Desk, enabling customer support teams to efficiently track and manage tickets.
- Zoho Desk is also integrated with Jira, ensuring a smooth workflow for addressing customer concerns and feature requests.
2. Add Carbon Management Module
The Carbon Management Module is now part of the product, providing comprehensive carbon tracking and management features.
- Users who are interested in carbon and safety modules can now access the product using a single URL, creating a unified experience for all users.
3. Inspection Module Enhancement
- Implement Waterfall style organization filter to help users navigate and find organizations, even if they are unfamiliar with the structure.
- Enhanced UI/UX for Action buttons
- Fixed the Save as Draft and Submit buttons to always appear at the bottom of the screen, ensuring users can easily access them, even on long pages.
- This improves usability and makes it more convenient to save or submit tasks.
4. Training Module Enhancement
